"I worked with Ana to set up a new policy. Everything was so smooth and easy going. She was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Me being new to the policy I set up she was extremely patient with me listening to all my questions or concerns. One of the most highly knowledgeable agents I spoke to from State Farm. If I was a manager at this branch I would immediately give her a raise and thank her for the work she does. I haven’t received this type of top tier customer service in a long time. Highly recommend Ana and this branch overall. Other agents were helpful too."
